Terms & conditions for DAADAXE Money Back plan

  1. The firm will not pay for the quantity of medicine that has been used by the consumer. Only the remaining quantity of medicine which is received back by the company in unboxing through courier service, will be validated by the same weight and payment will be made by the firm to the consumer.
  2. Only one unit of 20 gm packing of Daadaxe Cream from one ID or mobile number within a period of 6 months will be taken back by the company.
  3. It is necessary to match account with ID or mobile number.
  4. The firm is not liable to pay for expired or distorted cream or adulterated or damaged packing if the product is returned to the company by the consumer.
  5. The company is responsible for taking back the medicine from the consumer and paying the amount, not the retailer, hence the consumer should make the return only to the firm.
  6. The company will not pay the courier charges paid by the consumer.
  7. Payment will be made to the consumer within a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours after the company receives the returned medicine from the consumer.
  8. If the consumer is dissatisfied and wants to return the product after using only 1-2 grams of DAADAXE Cream, then the firm will offer 1 unit DAADAXE Cream MRP. The entire amount will be returned to him.
  9. Ayurbharat herbals is free to change or cancel the terms and conditions in the interest of the company.
